Study plan - enrolled in a.y. 2026/2027
The study plan for the Master's Degree Program in Artificial Intelligence Engineering requires the completion of 12 courses, of which:
- 6 courses are determined by the chosen curriculum
- 2 courses must be selected by the student from the courses with 9 CFU of the other curriculum or from the Characterizing Courses of the Master's Degree Program in Computer Engineering.
- 2 courses must be chosen from a selection of "related" courses
- 2 courses, equivalent to 18 CFU (normally 2 courses of 9 CFU each), are electives (they can be chosen from the courses of another path or any other degree program).
Enrollment in the degree program requires a B2 level (or higher) English Language Certificate. For students who have completed a bachelor's degree program at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, passing the "Advanced English" exam (3 CFU) is recognized as a B2 level. Exam sessions organized by the CLA Centro Linguistico di Ateneo to allow newly enrolled students to obtain English language proficiency.
